STRUCTUROC H ULTRA is a high strength, very fast setting repair mortar for permanent concrete repair. Because it is dimensionally stable, resistant to shrinkage and cracking it allows it to form an absolute bond with the existing concrete to restore its structural integrity. STRUCTUROC H ULTRA is designed for horizontal application. As it is composed of finer aggregates its fluidity allows it to be applied at thicknesses ranging from as little as 3 mm (1/8″) up to 50 mm (2″) in a single operation. For pours over 50 mm (2″) the volume of STRUCTUROC H ULTRA can be increased by adding up to 50% of clean 10 mm (3/8″) granite stone or river stone aggregate. and dry in order to obtain a quick-setting repair concrete.
